I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your artwork, I offer a 30-day return policy.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase/receipt required
- Return shipping costs paid by: Buyer
- Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return
Refund Conditions
Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to your orders page
- Find the order you want to return
- Click "Request Refund" on the delivered item
- Fill out the refund request form with your reason
- Wait for the artist to review and approve your request
- Ship the artwork back as instructed
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or commissioned artwork, artwork that has been damaged after delivery, items returned after the refund window.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund.
